A seminar on "Refereeing issues and game rules" was held at the "Qarabağ" academy with the participation of Orkhan Mammadov, a specialist of the Referees Committee. Sport24.az reports that the seminar was organized for football players of U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-19 teams. The main goal of the event was to familiarize football players with the new football rules that will come into force in the 2026 season, and to explain the essence of these rules clearly and practically.
At the interactive seminar, the novelties in the game rules were commented on through real game episodes, the players' questions were answered, and the importance of making correct decisions on the field was especially emphasized.
