Argentine footballer Erik Lamela has ended his career.
Idman.biz reports that he took this step at the age of 33.
Lamela wore the uniforms of River Plate, Roma, Tottenham, Sevilla, and AEK clubs. Erik, who spent his last season in the Greek club, scored 6 goals and made 3 assists in 31 games.
The Argentine will now be part of the coaching staff of Sevilla, where he played from 2021 to 2024.
It should be noted that he was remembered with two goals in 25 games for the Argentine national team. Lamela's goal against Arsenal in 2021 was awarded the Puskas Award for the best goal of the year.
