The current champion of the UEFA Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain, will face Brazilian representative Flamengo in the final of the 2025 FIFA Intercontinental Cup.
Idman.Biz reports that in the semi-final, the Brazilians defeated the Egyptian Pyramids team, the winner of the African Champions League, with a score of 2:0.
Defender Leo Pereira put Flamengo ahead in the 24th minute. In the 52nd minute, former Juventus defender Danilo doubled his team's advantage.
Earlier, in the quarter-finals, Flamengo defeated the Mexican club Cruz Azul (2:1).
The winner of the tournament will be determined in the final match, which will be held on December 17.
