The publication claims that the Paris club's management is ready to pay 250 million euros for the transfer of the 23-year-old Englishman.
Currently, the most expensive transfer in football history still belongs to PSG. In 2017, the Paris club paid 222 million euros for the transfer of Brazilian Neymar from Barcelona.
In 2023, Palmer moved from Manchester City to Chelsea for 47 million euros and signed a contract until June 2033.
The midfielder has played 97 games for the Blues, scoring 43 goals and providing 29 assists in these games.
