A proposal has been made to divide teams into leagues according to their level in the Azerbaijani championships consisting of lower age groups.
Jamal Bulbul, director of the "Neftchi" Football Academy, said in a statement to "Report" about this.
This proposal was made during a meeting with employees of the AFFA Competitions Organization Department:
"We want the tournaments to be organized in a high-quality manner. Sometimes there are games that end with a score of 20:0. Unfortunately, the player gains nothing in terms of development in this match. Teams can be divided into A, B and C Leagues based on their position in the tournament table. It would be more appropriate for teams of equal level to play more games with each other."
C.Bulbul also noted that some issues should be regulated regarding the transfer of football players in lower age groups:
"For example, if a player wants to go to another club, a very small amount is paid. But it is not so in other foreign countries, in Turkey. There must be a serious financial obligation. We also asked for this amount to be increased. If a player is going to another club, he should know that it costs a lot to raise him. If the amount is increased, the football player will not be able to move freely. This will further strengthen the hand of the clubs."
It should be noted that a few days ago, a meeting was held between the technical directors and coordinators of the academies of teams playing in the leagues for lower age groups and the employees of the AFFA Competitions Organization Department.
