Neither head coach Jorge Jesus nor the players came to the mixed zone before or after the game. The Portuguese coach did not attend either the traditional flash interview or the post-match press conference after the game against Al-Riyadh. Saudi media reports that Jorge Jesus apologized for not attending the post-match conference.
Failure to attend the press conference will cost the Al-Nassr coach more than 6,700 euros.
It should be noted that all this happened against the background of a boycott by Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who was dissatisfied with the work being done at the club and refused to appear in the match against Al-Riyadh.
