Rauf Guliyev, director of "TTQ GRUP" LLC and president of "Fuzuli" football club, has been arrested. Sport24.az reports with reference to Musavat.com that Guliyev was arrested on fraud charges. There are several complainants against him.
According to the allegation, Guliyev took money from several people under the pretext of getting them jobs, claiming that he had business influence and connections with officials. It was determined that he took 15-20 thousand manats from one person under the pretext of getting a job in the State Security Service and from another in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It should be noted that according to the results of the 2024/25 season, "Fuzuli" left the Second League.
