"Porto" Appoints Francesco Farioli as Head Coach

Portugal's "Porto" club has announced the name of its new head coach.

"Report" reports, citing the club's press service, that a contract has been signed with Francesco Farioli until 2027.

The 36-year-old specialist last coached the Dutch representative "Ajax" in the 2024/2025 season. The Amsterdam club parted ways with the Italian coach after an unsuccessful season.

It should be noted that "Porto" finished the 2024/2025 season in third place.
