Dutch police have arrested 7 suspects for alleged involvement in riots that broke out during PSV club's celebration of their national championship victory.
"Report" reports, citing local media, that the incident occurred yesterday in Eindhoven.
The "red and whites" secured the championship in the XXXIV round of the national championship with a victory (3:1) against "Sparta". Fans began celebrating their team's success after the match.
However, the bus carrying the football players was unable to move due to large crowds and riots that broke out at the stadium. In addition, fans threw stones and fireworks at the police. 7 people were detained during the riots.
