Pochettino responds to "Real Madrid" interest: "Everything has its time"

US national team head coach Mauricio Pochettino has reacted to reports that "Real Madrid" is considering him as the team's new coach.

Idman.Biz reports that the Argentine coach has been leading the US national team since September 2024.

"Does Real Madrid's interest inspire me? Everything has its time. Football will take you where it wants," said Pochettino.

Pochettino's current contract runs until the end of July 2026. Alvaro Arbeloa is the current head coach of Real Madrid. He has been leading the club since January 13, 2026.
