Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden has been forced to sell his luxurious London mansion for significantly less than the initial price. The footballer lowered the amount he initially asked for the house.
İdman.Biz reports that the four-bedroom property was initially put up for sale for £3.25 million (approximately 7 million AZN). However, as no buyer was found for more than six months, Foden decided to lower the price and is now selling the villa for £2.9 million (approximately 6.2 million AZN).
It is noted that the mansion has a private cinema, an indoor swimming pool and five bathrooms. However, the expected interest in the real estate market has not arisen.
The source adds that Phil Foden has already moved with his girlfriend Rebecca Cooke and their three children to a quieter and more secluded rural area. The footballer preferred to prioritize the comfort and privacy of his family in the new place of residence.
