The winners of the "Goal of the Month" project for April have been determined in the Azerbaijan Premier League, First League, and Second League. Sport24.az reports that this was announced by the press service of the Professional Football League (PFL).
David Gomis's goal in the Azerbaijan Premier League, Ibrahim Aliyev's goal in the First League, and Elgun Abbasli's goal in the Second League were selected as the best.
During the voting in the Second League, the goals of 2 players scored 5 points each. Therefore, according to the conditions, the final decision was made by the PFL. According to the results of the internal voting, Elgun Abbasli's goal from "Fuzuli" was selected as "Goal of the Month".
