Former Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Čech has announced his divorce from his wife Martina after 26 years of marriage. Sport24.az reports that the veteran goalkeeper shared the information on his social media account:
"Martina and I are sad to announce that after 26 years we are separating. We remain best friends and are immensely proud of our two wonderful children."
Čech met his future wife in 1999, and the couple married four years later. They have a 17-year-old daughter, Adela, and a 16-year-old son, Damian.
It should be noted that Čech has played for clubs such as "Sparta", "Rennes", "Chelsea" and "Arsenal" during his career.
