Former Spanish national team goalkeeper Pepe Reina, who ended his career last month, has reached an agreement with Villarreal.
Report reports that the club's press service has released information about this.
The 42-year-old former goalkeeper will be the head coach of the club's U-19 team starting from the 2025/2026 season.
It should be noted that during his career, P.Reina played for "Liverpool", "Aston Villa" (both England), "Bayern" (Germany), "Napoli", "Milan", "Lazio" (all Italy) and "Barcelona" (Spain) in addition to "Villarreal". He was also a winner of the European Championship held in Ukraine and Poland in 2012 as part of the Spanish national team.
