Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has expressed his support for the England national team and their head coach Thomas Tuchel ahead of next year's World Cup. The Spanish expert spoke to the BBC about this:
"I would like England to be among the main contenders to win the World Cup. I don't want it to sound like just courtesy. I have lived here for a long time and consider myself a part of this country. I would be really happy if Thomas and his team could take the final step and win the cup."
It should be noted that England will face Croatia, Ghana, and Panama in Group L.
