A meeting of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee was held. Sport24.az reports that the following decisions were made regarding the matches of the IV round of the II League:
On 29.09.2025, the "Agdash" team should be fined 70 manats because 4 football players of the "Agdash" team received yellow cards in the "Agdash" - "Quba" match of the IV round in the II League (article 43.1);
On 29.09.2025, after the end of the "Agdash" - "Quba" match of the IV round in the II League, Elvin Ismayilov, the football player number 11 of the "Agdash" team, should be suspended for 3 games for receiving a direct red card for aggressive behavior, and the "Agdash" team should be fined 150 manats (article 45.1);
On 29.09.2025, after the end of the "Agdash" - "Quba" match of the IV round in the II League, Agamurad Huseynov, the football player number 14 of the "Agdash" team, should be suspended for 3 games for receiving a direct red card for unethical expression or action, and the "Agdash" team should be fined 800 manats (article 52.3);
On 29.09.2025, the "Agdash" team should be fined 250 manats because unauthorized persons entered the field after the end of the "Agdash" - "Quba" match of the IV round in the II League (article 86.3);
On 29.09.2025, after the end of the "Agdash" - "Quba" match of the IV round in the II League, Nihad Aliyev, the football player number 76 of the "Quba" team, should be suspended for 3 games for receiving a direct red card for unethical expression or action, and the "Quba" team should be fined 800 manats (article 52.3);
On 29.09.2025, the "Dinamo" team should be fined 100 manats because the "Dinamo" team did not have a doctor in the "Dinamo" - "Goygol" match of the IV round in the II League (article, 68)
On 29.09.2025, the "Goygol" team should be fined 150 manats because the "Goygol" team did not have a doctor in the "Dinamo" - "Goygol" match of the IV round in the II League, and this happened for the second time this season (article 99, 94, 68);
On 30.09.2025, in the 45+2 minute of the "Khankendi" - "Sheki City" match of the IV round in the II League, Aziz Huseynov, the football player number 77 of the "Khankendi" team, should be suspended for 4 games for insulting the referee after receiving a red card from the second yellow, and the "Khankendi" team should be fined 1000 manats (article 52.4);
On 30.09.2025, the "Agstafa Gencleri" team should be fined 70 manats because 5 people in the "Agstafa Gencleri" team received yellow cards in the "Shamkir" - "Agstafa Gencleri" match of the IV round in the II League (article 43.1);
