Pedro Bikalyo, who joined "Qarabag" this summer, received offers from many European clubs.
İdman.biz reports, citing Sportal.az, that APOEL was another club that wanted the Brazilian as persistently as "Qarabag".
APOEL, who faced "Qarabag" twice in European cups, also held talks with Bikalyo when he was playing in Portugal.
However, Pedro chose to move to the Aghdam club. He refused the Cypriot giant and agreed to sign a contract with "Qarabag".
It should be noted that the 24-year-old's contract with "Qarabag" is valid until June 30, 2028. During his career, he played for "Palmeiras", "Santa Clara", "Vitoria", and "Alverca" teams.
