The total area of the historical complex, dating back to 1943, is around 9,500–10,000 square meters and consists of three buildings. The building has 33 rooms, 21 bathrooms, a library, a prayer hall and a garden.
According to reports, the football player plans to restore the property and turn it into a rural-style hotel, and it is even possible to include a restaurant in the project. Pedri will carry out the investment together with his family members through the company "Pedrineta SL".
It should be noted that although some social network accounts show this building as a church, it turned out to be a monastery.
