England football legend Paul Gascoigne has announced that he has been hospitalized after an accident during the holidays.
Idman.Biz reports that the 58-year-old ex-footballer broke six ribs.
"I was hanging something on the wall and I fell backwards. I've broken six ribs. I went to hospital and I was in absolute agony, of course. They gave me painkillers. I could feel my neck getting bigger. I got in a bit of a panic so I got the surgeon in quickly.
I saw my dad in the clouds and I was really panicking. I've had 38 operations so it doesn't usually bother me, but this time I was terrified. I was screaming: 'Please get a surgeon. I was crying my eyes out!'", talkSPORT quotes Gascoigne.
