French club "Paris" has officially announced the parting of ways with head coach Stéphane Gilli. The 51-year-old specialist had been leading the team since the summer of 2023.
Idman.Biz reports that under Gilli's leadership, the capital's representative managed to get promoted to Ligue 1. However, the poor performance in the current season influenced the management's decision. Thus, after 23 rounds in the French championship, "Paris" has collected 23 points and is in 14th place in the tournament table.
It should be noted that this was Stéphane Gilli's first experience as a head coach. He previously worked as an assistant coach in the national teams of Morocco and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in the clubs "Sochaux" and "Grenoble".
