Rui Vitoria, the head coach of "Panathinaikos", has been sacked by the Greek club. Sport24.az reports that the Greek club's official website announced this.
The club's statement said that "Panathinaikos" faced a 2-3 defeat in the Greek Super League match against "Kifisia", after which "Vitoria" was dismissed. It was also reported that the Athens club had won only three of its last 12 matches and stopped competing in the Champions League.
It should be noted that Vitoria was appointed as head coach in October last year.
