Former Barcelona and Spain national team striker Paco Alcácer did not want to play his career in Kazakhstan. Sport24.az reports that the experienced forward rejected Kaysar's offer.
The club, which competes in the top league, offered Alcácer a 1-year contract, but he did not agree to it.
The Spanish striker, who is without a club after leaving Sharjah, will consider other offers.
It should be noted that Kaysar recently added former Chelsea, Inter and Fenerbahce winger Victor Moses to their squad.
Alcácer has played for Valencia, Barcelona, Borussia (Dortmund), Getafe, Villarreal, Sharjah, Emirates clubs.
