Idman.Biz reports with reference to the "Las Provincias" publication that the prosecutor's office is seeking a total prison sentence of 10 years and six months for Mir. Nine years of this is related to sexual assault, and 18 months are related to charges of physical and mental violence.
According to the investigation, the incident took place at the football player's home and a 21-year-old young woman was subjected to violence.
