The Azerbaijani national team of U-17 women's footballers lost in the first match of the European Championship qualifying round.
Idman.Biz reports that the team, which is in Group I of League B, faced the Welsh team of the corresponding age group.
The match, held at the "Zimbru 2" stadium in Chisinau, ended with a 7-0 victory for the opponent.
It should be noted that the U-17 team will hold its second match in the group against the Kosovo team on October 27.
