Galatasaray's striker Victor Osimhen intends to play in the "Fenerbahçe" derby tomorrow.
Idman.Biz reports that Osimhen, who was injured in the Nigerian national team, missed both the "Genclerbirligi" match in the national championship and the "Union SG" match in the Champions League.
According to the "Sabah" newspaper, Osimhen initially stated in conversations with his teammates that he wanted to play in the derby and would take risks if necessary.
The Nigerian striker said:
"I know very well the importance of the derby and what it means to the fans. I experienced this excitement last season as well. The club invested in me for such big matches. If necessary, I will take a risk and go out and give my one hundred percent."
According to reports, Osimhen will repeat this wish in a meeting with head coach Okan Buruk.
His condition before the derby remains one of the most discussed topics in "Galatasaray".
