Mark Wilf, owner and chairman of "Orlando City", commented on the transfer of 2018 World Champion Antoine Griezmann to the club.
Idman.Biz reports that the "Atletico Madrid" striker has signed a contract with the MLS club that will begin in the summer of 2026.
"Griezmann is one of the most talented, accomplished, and influential players of his generation, and his decision to choose Orlando City reflects our club's mission and culture.
Our goal is to build a roster that competes for championships year after year, and the acquisition of a world-class player like Antoine further confirms this commitment and our belief in what this club can achieve," Wilf said in an interview with "Orlando City's" official website.
