Turkish national team footballer Orkun Kökçü will continue his career at "Beşiktaş".
İdman.biz reports that the Istanbul club has made a statement about this.
An agreement has been reached with the 24-year-old midfielder's club, "Benfica". Orkun will arrive in Turkey tomorrow and, after undergoing a medical examination, will sign an official contract. The footballer, who will play for "Beşiktaş" on loan in his first season, will sign a 4-year contract.
In the 2024/2025 season, Kökçü scored 12 goals and provided 11 assists in 55 games for "Benfica".
It should be noted that Orkun's brother, Ozancan Kökçü, wears the uniform of the Azerbaijan national team.
