Former Mexican national team and "Guadalajara" club footballer Omar Bravo has been arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault against a minor.
Idman.biz reports that the incident occurred on October 4.
According to the local prosecutor's office, the former footballer has repeatedly committed violent acts against a teenage girl in recent months. Allegedly, this is not his first such act.
Bravo has already been placed in the Puente Grande prison and will appear in court soon.
It should be noted that Omar Bravo is best known for his performances for the Mexican "Guadalajara". He played for this club for more than 10 years in total. The footballer, who played 65 matches for the Mexican national team, scored 15 goals.
