England international and Aston Villa forward Ollie Watkins is close to continuing his career at Arsenal. Sport24.az reports that the London representative is ready to pay Aston Villa the compensation they demand for the 29-year-old forward.
The transfer is expected to take place in the summer.
Watkins' contract with the Birmingham representative runs until June 30, 2028.
He moved to Aston Villa in 2020 after playing for Exeter City and Brentford.
