Trent Alexander-Arnold has announced that he will leave "Liverpool" at the end of the 2024/25 season.
GOL.az reports that the footballer announced this in a statement posted on his X social media account.
"The time has come to confirm that after 20 years with Liverpool Football Club, I will be leaving the club at the end of the season. This is the most difficult decision I have ever made in my life," he said.
The 26-year-old British footballer's contract with the club expires on June 30, 2025. He started playing for "Liverpool" as a youth player in 2004 and signed a professional contract with the club in 2016.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has played 352 games for "Liverpool", scored 23 goals and provided 92 assists.
Earlier, journalist David Ornstein reported that the footballer would sign a contract with "Real" this week.
