The German club "Nuremberg" thanked footballer Mahir Emreli. Sport24.az reports that before the home match against "Cologne" today in the 33rd round of the 2nd Bundesliga, Emreli and several other footballers who will part ways with the team at the end of the season were presented with a commemorative gift.
The gifts feature framed official portraits of the footballers. Nuremberg shared the photo on its social media account with the words "Danke Mahir" (Thank you, Mahir).
It should be noted that the "Nuremberg" - "Cologne" match ended with a score of 1:2. M.Emreli appeared in the starting lineup and was replaced by Tina Kusanović in the 46th minute. He failed to score in this match.
It should be reminded that the club officially announced this week that M.Emreli will leave "Nuremberg" after his contract expires - at the end of this season.
