Joti Chatzialexiou, sports director of the German club "Nuremberg", commented on parting ways with Azerbaijani national team football player Mahir Emreli at the end of the current season.
"Report" informs that the official of the II Bundesliga representative made a statement about this on the club's website.
He wished the 27-year-old striker success in his future career:
"It is important for us to make quick decisions about players whose contracts will expire at the end of the season. We agreed with Mahir not to continue our relationship after the summer. I thank him for his efforts this season, especially for his dedication."
It should be noted that Mahir Emreli, who moved to "Nuremberg" at the beginning of the season, scored 7 goals in the II Bundesliga and 1 goal in the German Cup.
