The nominees for the best player of the season in Serie A have been announced.
Idman.biz reports that contenders for the title of best in five nominations have been determined.
Three nominees have been selected for each award. Turkish player Kenan Yildiz is also among the nominees. The attacking midfielder of "Juventus" is competing for the title of best young player.
Best Young Player (U-23): Sebastiano Esposito ("Empoli"), Niccolò Pass ("Como"), Kenan Yıldız ("Juventus");
Best Goalkeeper: David de Gea ("Fiorentina"), Vanja Milinković-Savić ("Torino"), Mile Svilar ("Roma");
Best Defender: Alessandro Bastoni ("Inter"), Alessandro Buongiorno ("Napoli"), Nuno Tavares ("Lazio");
Best Midfielder: Nicolò Barella ("Inter"), Scott McTominay ("Napoli"), Tijjani Reijnders ("Milan");
Best Forward: Moise Kean ("Fiorentina"), Riccardo Orsolini ("Bologna"), Mateo Retegui ("Atalanta").
It should be noted that the names of the winners will be announced on May 23.
