"Although "Neftchi" is on the rise after the winter break, I expect a victory from "Turan Tovuz"." Nizami Sadigov said this in his statement to Sport24.az.
The veteran football player shared his thoughts on the match that will be held today in the XXIII round of the Misli Premier League:
"If the people of Tovuz win, they will further strengthen their place in the top three and take an important step towards the European Cup. There are 10 games left until the end of the championship. Even if "Neftchi" loses, they will still have a small chance to go to continental tournaments."
Sadigov also touched upon the level of the clubs in the championship:
"There is not much difference in the level between the teams. "Zira", the closest follower of "Turan Tovuz", also makes a good impression. It seems that we will have a tense struggle in the upcoming rounds, both at the top and at the bottom."
