The German Football Association (DFB) Control Committee has suspended Bayern Munich forward Nikolas Jackson for two matches due to the red card he received in the Bundesliga matchday XXVI against Bayer 04 (1:1).
Report informs that the 24-year-old Senegalese footballer hit the opponent's winger Marten Terrye in the ankle in the 41st minute of the match. Therefore, the referee showed him a straight red card.
Thus, Jackson will miss the Bundesliga matches against Union on March 21 and against Freiburg on April 4.
It should be noted that he has played 25 matches in all tournaments for Bayern this season, scoring 7 goals and providing 3 assists.
