Niko Kovac Stays at Borussia Dortmund: Contract Extended Until 2027

Borussia Dortmund has announced the extension of head coach Niko Kovac's contract.

İdman.biz reports that the new agreement between the parties will be valid until 2027.

The 53-year-old specialist took over the helm of the Dortmund club last winter: at that time, the team was in 11th place in the Bundesliga.

Under Kovac's leadership, Borussia finished the national championship in fourth place, securing a spot in the UEFA Champions League.
