Nigeria has won its second consecutive game in the tournament and is in first place in Group C with six points after two games. Tunisia suffered its first defeat and is in second place with three points after two games.
Nigeria will face Uganda in the third round of the Africa Cup of Nations group stage on December 30. Tunisia will face Tanzania on the same day.
