The Azerbaijan women's national football team will try to win in the match against North Macedonia in the qualifying round of the World Championship.
"Report" informs that Nigar Mirzaliyeva, a member of the national team, said this in a statement to journalists.
The football player shared her thoughts about the upcoming match:
"It doesn't matter if I or one of my teammates scores the goal. The main thing is to win for our country. We will work for this".
The defender spoke about her performance at the German club "Hamburg":
"Transferring to a Bundesliga club is everyone's dream. There are some difficulties with language issues. I think I will get used to it over time. I am not physically behind my teammates".
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan - North Macedonia match will start tomorrow at 15:00 at "Dalga Arena".
