Report informs that the decision was made by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee.
The 24-year-old forward, who came on in the 64th minute of the second round of the Club World Cup against Flamengo (Brazil) and was sent off 4 minutes later for a serious foul, has been suspended for 2 matches.
It should be noted that if Chelsea qualify for the play-off stage of the tournament, Nicolas Jackson will have to miss this round and the match against Esperance (Tunisia) on June 25.
