Neymar's chef, the striker of "Santos", has filed a lawsuit against the Brazilian footballer for breaching his employment contract.
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to Metropoles.
According to the publication, the chef worked an average of more than 14 hours a day at the footballer's mansion. Thus, Neymar violated the employment contract, which stipulated that the chef should not work more than 10 hours a day. He was sometimes forced to stay past 11:00 PM or midnight to prepare food for 150 guests invited by the Brazilian. He also unloaded groceries, which caused back problems and hip inflammation.
The plaintiff is seeking approximately 43,000 euros in compensation. This amount includes penalties, payment for overtime hours, missed breaks, compensation for moral damages, personal injury, and medical expenses.
