Neymar and his father are planning to acquire the Pele brand through their company "NR Sports".
According to Idman.Biz, citing UOL, the official contract worth 15.5 million euros is expected to be signed on November 19, the anniversary of the great striker's 1000th goal.
The brand rights will allow NR Sports to use Pele's name and image, produce merchandise, and access archival materials. This should help revive and promote the legacy of the legend, whose brand has been largely inactive since his death in 2022.
