According to "Report", referring to the UEFA press service, this indicator is a record in terms of productivity in the history of the tournament.
The previous record (67 goals in 18 matches) was recorded twice in history: in the 1st round of this season's Champions League and in the 5th round of the main European Cup last campaign.
It should be reminded that 43 goals were scored in the first nine matches of the 3rd round on October 21. The teams scored 28 times on the second match day of the Champions League.
It should be noted that more than 70 goals have been scored in one round of the main European Cup for the first time.
Currently, "PSG" leads the tournament table with 9 points. "Bavaria" is in second place with the same number of points. "Inter", "Arsenal" and "Real", who have the same number of points, are ranked from third to fifth.
