Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets have been teammates on the field at the same time for the 621st time. The pair, who previously played side by side at "Barcelona", also wear the same uniform at "Inter Miami".
Until now, the record was also related to Busquets. He played with Gerard Pique in 620 matches. 533 of them were for "Barcelona", 87 for the Spanish national team.
Messi and Busquets first appeared as teammates on September 13, 2008, in a championship match against "Racing" (1:1). They played 569 games together for "Barcelona" and 52 for "Inter Miami".
