Rashad Eyyubov has been temporarily appointed as the head coach of the Azerbaijan national team consisting of football players under 21 years of age. Sport24.az reports that Farid Namazov will act as assistant coach.
Our U-21 team is considered the reserve base of our main national team. For this reason, the coaching staff of the U-21 will always work in close cooperation with Aykhan Abbasov, the head coach of the main national team, and his assistants.
The goal is to create conditions for young players to join the main national team more prepared in the future.
