Burçin Keskin initially started his career in football as a referee. Later, he worked in the field of training and development of referees, worked for a long time in various positions in the structure of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), and in 2022-23 he worked as an advisor on the development of referees in the AFFA Referees Committee.
