Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has named the five best goalkeepers in football history:
"It's hard to say, it depends on the era we're talking about. If we take the last few decades, there are at least ten goalkeepers," Neuer said, according to Lent.az, citing foreign media.
"Schmeichel, Oliver Kahn, Casillas, Buffon and even Courtois - among them, there have certainly been many, many good goalkeepers. It's hard to say who the best is."
The 40-year-old German surprised everyone by not mentioning himself, despite being considered by many experts as the strongest goalkeeper in history.
