"Neftchi" continues its transfer efforts, even though the "transfer window" is closed.
Asef Zeynalli, the head of the press service of the capital's representative, told "Report" about this.
He commented on the news that Vincent Abubakar, who once played for the Turkish club "Besiktas", would be transferred to "Neftchi":
"Although the transfer window is closed, our transfer work continues. There are many players we are interested in and keeping an eye on. If there is anything official, the club will make an announcement."
It should be noted that Turkish journalist Reşat Can Özbudak wrote yesterday that "Neftchi" sent an official offer to Vincent Abubakar, who is also a member of the Cameroon national team.
