The activities of the "Neftchi TV" channel were discussed at the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
İdman.Biz reports that the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan has released information about this.
It was reported that the channel has not been able to organize continuous broadcasting over the Internet for the last year in accordance with the platform broadcaster license it received, which does not carry out satellite broadcasting.
For this reason, the Audiovisual Council sent several notifications and warnings to "Neftchi Media" LLC.
As a result, "Neftchi Media" LLC applied to the Audiovisual Council for the cancellation of the license due to the lack of broadcasting opportunities. Taking the application into account, the Council revoked the platform broadcaster license issued to "Neftchi Media" LLC for the "Neftchi TV" channel, which does not carry out satellite broadcasting.
