A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between “Neftchi” Sports Club and the Johan Cruyff Institute.
"Report" informs that the delegation of “Neftchi” Sports Club visited Barcelona, Spain, at the official invitation of the Johan Cruyff Institute.
The club was represented on this trip by Faraj Aliyev, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board, and Emil Karimov, Head of the International Relations and Communications Department.
During the visit, the club representatives participated in the "Cruyff Networking" event organized by the institute, as well as held bilateral meetings with General Director Albert Romans, Executive Director of the "Cruyff Football Platform" and well-known specialist Albert Capellas, who worked in a number of leading European clubs, including the "Barcelona" Football Club, one of the owners of the "CF Badalona SAD" club and the institute's reporting teacher Mark Serra and other managers, discussing possible areas of cooperation and opportunities for mutual activity.
Within the framework of the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two institutions. The document will make a significant contribution to strengthening international cooperation between the parties and opening new opportunities in this direction, supporting the professional career development of athletes, coaches and administrative staff, conducting exchange of experience in sports research, organizing joint sports events, seminars and conferences, as well as implementing joint initiatives in the social and media fields.
