The African, who left the Swiss club "Zurich" during the summer break and is currently a free agent, has responded positively to "Neftchi"'s offer. The parties have reached an agreement on a one-year contract.
It should be noted that Ifeanyi Matthew, who moved to Europe from Nigeria in 2016, has since played for "Lilleström" (Norway), "Osmanlıspor" (Turkey) and "Zurich" (Switzerland).
